PILATES Class OFFERINGS

PILATES REFORMER: FOUNDATIONS (LEVELS 1-2)

With an emphasis on Pilates fundamentals, our Foundations Pilates Reformer class is an excellent choice for those new to Pilates or anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Pilates and the mind-body connection. Similar to our Precision Pilates Reformer class, this class blends modern techniques with Joseph Pilates' traditional principles but moves at a gentler pace to help you build a strong foundation for your Pilates practice.

The class focuses on proper alignment, controlled breathing, and developing a strong core to help improve coordination and balance. This system of controlled exercises promotes keen body awareness, strengthens and tones, improves balance and performance, encourages flexibility and mobility, reduces the chance of injury, and can help alleviate stress. The Foundations class is perfect for anyone new to group Pilates classes, recovering from injuries, refining their practice, or just looking for a more mindful workout.

PILATES REFORMER: DYNAMIC (LEVELS 2-3)

Our Dynamic Pilates Reformer class offers the same principles and exercises as our Precision Pilates Reformer class, combining modern techniques with Joseph Pilates' traditional principles, but is designed to move at a steadier pace with additional props incorporated.

This class is ideal for those looking to improve their flexibility, build strength, and develop control and endurance throughout their body. We focus on proper alignment, controlled breathing, and developing a strong core to help improve coordination and balance. This system of controlled exercises promotes keen body awareness, strengthens and tones, improves balance and performance, encourages flexibility and mobility, reduces the chance of injury, and relieves stress. The Dynamic movement class is perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves with more dynamic transitions or prop variations along with the classic Pilates moves.

This class may not be suitable for people in rehabilitation or with current injuries. Please ask for modifications if you need them.

PILATES REFORMER: PRECISION (LEVELS 1-2-3)

A well-balanced Pilates class focussing on control and technique, our Precision Pilates Reformer class is a favorite among our clients.

Blending modern techniques with Joseph Pilates’ traditional principles, the Precision Reformer class is perfect for anyone looking for that signature Pilates mind-body connection. This class focuses on precise, controlled movements to help you build strength, balance, and body awareness. With an emphasis on alignment, breath control, and core engagement, you’ll improve coordination and feel more in tune with your body. This system of controlled exercises promotes body awareness, strengthens and tones muscles, enhances flexibility, reduces the risk of injury, and alleviates stress—helping you move and feel your best.

PILATES REFORMER AND MAT: HYBRID (LEVELS 1-2-3)
Our Hybrid Reformer/Mat Pilates class is another favorite among clients as it marries contemporary techniques with Joseph Pilates' traditional principles. Incorporating the 6 main Pilates principles, this class offers full-body movements on both the reformer and the mat. Pilates mat exercises are the foundation that the Reformer Pilates classes we all love were built on.

Learn to activate your deep core muscles in each movement while focusing on proper form and alignment. This system of controlled exercises promotes keen body awareness, strengthens and tones, improves balance and performance, encourages flexibility and mobility, reduces the chance of injury, and relieves stress. Deepen your understanding of how the body is connected with this complete conditioning workout that illustrates the diversity of the Pilates system of exercises.

Class Cancellation Policy

Should you ever need to cancel a class reservation we require that you do so at least 12 hours in advance of the class start time to avoid losing your session. Failure to provide this notice will result in your being charged in full for the class. If you are not able to make it to a class, please cancel online or in the app before the class start time. This will give other clients who may be on the waitlist a chance to grab a spot in class.
