If this is your first booking with Harmony, be sure to log in to sign your waiver, and buy & book your class before your arrival. We cannot accept walk-ins. Your time in the studio is reserved for you with your trainer in the classroom! If you do not have a Harmony client profile, you may create one here.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF I AM ON THE 'WAIT LIST'?
We encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist for any class you’d like to attend that is full. People cancel classes every day and there’s a good chance you’ll get in. When a spot opens, an email is sent to you asking you to confirm or cancel your reservation. When on the waitlist, you are not guaranteed a spot in class until confirming the reservation. Note: If you are not opted in to receive emails and you are on a waitlist it is your responsibility to monitor your class schedule either through your online account or the Achieve app.
Class Cancellation Policy
Should you ever need to cancel a class reservation we required that you do so at least 12 hours in advance of the class start time to avoid losing your session. Failure to provide this notice will result in your being charged in full for the class. If you are not able to make it to a class, please cancel online or via email before the class start time. This will give other clients who may be on the waitlist a chance to grab a spot in class. To make it fair for others, we have implemented a "no show" fee of $5 for anyone who does not show up and did not cancel before the class start time.
