Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.  Based on the teachings of Joseph H. Pilates, this system utilizes full body movements focusing on the 6 Principles of Pilates: Concentration, Centering, Control, Breathing, Precision & Flow.

This system of controlled exercises promotes keen body awareness, strengthens and tones, improves balance and performance, encourages flexibility and mobility, reduces chance for injury and relieves stress. Pilates will deepen your understanding of how the body is connected.

Private Sessions:

One-on-one, focused work designed specifically for each individual’s goals and body. Uses all of the Pilates equipment.

Semi Private Sessions:

Shared sessions of two or three people using much of the Pilates equipment in a comrade based setting.

Group Classes:

Pilates based workout and/or stretching on a Reformer, Tower or Mat in a motivating, group setting.
